As a lover of Japanese and Indonesian cuisine, I am inspired to create a unique fusion that combines the flavors of Japan with the rich spices of Indonesia. With boundless creativity, Street Sushi aims to present sushi that feels close to the hearts of Indonesian people. From this idea, dishes like Rendang Sushi Roll, Balinese Sushi Roll, and Sashibi Bitung were born, blending Japanese sushi techniques with the distinctive tastes of Nusantara.

My vision for Street Sushi Indonesia is to create an authentic dining experience that still aligns with Indonesian tastes. Every Nusantara-inspired menu at Street Sushi is designed to give customers a taste of "Indonesian flavors in a sushi roll" — a unique sensation that pairs the softness of sushi rice with Indonesia’s rich spices. This uniqueness will make Street Sushi increasingly beloved and the top choice for sushi lovers in Indonesia.

Looking ahead, Street Sushi is committed to continuously innovating by incorporating more elements of local culinary culture into its menu. With a mission to establish Street Sushi as a leading halal sushi brand that represents Indonesia, I hope each dish can serve as a cultural bridge, connecting Japanese culinary techniques and refinement with the richness and diversity of Nusantara flavors.
